1. Overview

What these terms apply to

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Paste Wizard website and, when available, the Paste Wizard macOS application.

• If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or the app.
• If Paste Wizard is later distributed through the Mac App Store or another platform, that platform may also apply its own rules or purchase terms.

2. License

Paste Wizard is licensed, not sold

Subject to these terms, Paste Wizard grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control for personal or internal business use.

• You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law allows it.
• All rights not expressly granted remain with Paste Wizard and its licensors.

3. Clipboard content

You are responsible for what you copy and keep

Clipboard history can contain sensitive or confidential material. You are responsible for the content you copy, store, paste, export, or keep inside Paste Wizard.

• Paste Wizard stores clipboard history locally on your Mac and does not send clipboard contents to developer-owned servers.
• You are responsible for your own device security, backups, and any protected-app choices or privacy settings you use.

4. Availability and support

The app may change over time

Paste Wizard may be updated, improved, delayed, suspended, or discontinued. Features, release timing, and compatibility may change over time.

• Paste Wizard is not yet publicly available in the Mac App Store.
• Support is offered at support@pastewizard.com.

5. Intellectual property

The software and website remain owned by their rights holders

Paste Wizard, its website, branding, software, text, graphics, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

• Using the website or app does not transfer ownership of the software or brand to you.
• You may not reproduce or redistribute protected materials beyond what these terms or applicable law allow.

6. Disclaimer

No promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation

Paste Wizard is provided as-is and as-available to the extent permitted by law. It may not be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow.

• Paste Wizard is a utility, not a guaranteed backup or records retention system.
• You should use your own judgment when handling sensitive copied content.

7. Limitation of liability

Liability is limited to the extent allowed by law

To the extent permitted by law, Paste Wizard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or app.

• This includes loss of copied content, mistaken pastes, workflow interruptions, device issues, or other business or personal losses.
• Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
